Sheffield City Centre Eco/City Motors Event

Friday 10^th June 2011 will see our Pentagon Toyota Sheffield centre participate in the Sheffield City Centre Eco/City Motors Event, located at Barker’s Pool (opposite John Lewis). Here we will be showcasing our two Hybrid models; the all new Auris Hybrid and world famous Prius.

The Auris Hybrid boasts an impressive 74mpg, £0 road tax and very low emissions which results in a BIK of just 10% for all business Users. The Auris Hybrid looks like any Auris 5 door hatchback, with clean, appealing lines and a spacious, well-appointed interior. The difference lies beneath the skin, where the 1.8-litre VVT-i petrol engine combines with a 60kW electric motor, for zero to 62mph acceleration in 11.4 seconds – performance that matches conventional 2.0 litre hatchbacks.

The smooth and efficient seamlessly boosts you to 0 - 62 mph in a crisp 10.4 second, yet you’ll only use 3.9 litres (combined cycle) of fuel for every 62 miles of your journey. Like the Auris Hybrid, emissions are a very impressive 89g/km.
